.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will maintain
generally gentle to moderate winds with seas 6 ft or less over 
the regional Atlantic waters through Wed. A tropical wave along 
52W is becoming better organized today and a tropical depression
could form during the next few days while it moves generally 
westward, reaching the eastern Caribbean Wed night, and passing
south of the local area late Wed night through Thu night.
