.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will maintain
generally gentle to moderate winds with seas 6 ft or less over 
the regional Atlantic waters through the next few days. A 
tropical wave along 51W is becoming better organized today and a 
tropical depression could form during the next few days while it 
moves generally westward, reaching the Lesser Antilles Tue night 
and moving into the eastern Caribbean Wed.
