.SYNOPSIS...Central Atlantic high pressure will maintain
generally gentle to moderate winds along with seas 6 ft or less
over the regional Atlantic waters through the next few days. A 
tropical wave well east of the Windward Islands near 50W is 
accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms. Further 
development of the wave is possible, and a tropical depression 
could form during the next few days while it moves generally 
westward, reaching the Windward Islands and the eastern Caribbean
Sea by midweek.
