through today. Major Hurricane Ian currently near far western
Cuba will forecast to move N while intensifying as it moves 
across the E Gulf of Mexico through Thu night. Moderate winds 
and seas can be expected across the Puerto Rico offshore waters 
into Wed night before winds and seas subside slightly.
