.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell will continue across Atlantic waters
through Tue. Category Two Hurricane Ian currently in the NW 
Caribbean is forecast to move NNW while rapidly intensifying 
during the next 24 hours as it crosses W Cuba tonight and moves 
northward across the E Gulf of Mexico Tue through Thu night. 
Moderate winds and seas can be expected across the Puerto Rico 
offshore waters through Wed before winds and seas subside 
slightly.
