.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell will continue across Atlantic waters
through today. Newly-upgraded Hurricane Ian currently in the NW 
Caribbean is forecast to move N while rapidly intensify during 
the next 2-3 days as it moves into the SE Gulf of Mexico. 
Moderate winds and seas can be expected across the Puerto Rico 
offshore waters through mid-week.
