.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Ian currently in the NW Caribbean is 
forecast to move NW tonight and then rapidly intensify during 
the next 2-3 days as it moves into the SE Gulf of Mexico. 
Northerly swell from Fiona will continue across the regional 
waters through late Mon. Moderate winds and seas can be expected 
across the Puerto Rico offshore waters through the middle of the 
week.
