.SYNOPSIS...Northwesterly swell continues to impact the Atlantic
waters of the Puerto Rico offshores due to Hurricane Fiona. As 
this system continues moving north, swell will subside later in 
the weekend and into early next week. Tropical Depression Nine 
currently in the SE Caribbean is forecast to stay WSW of the 
area. However, expect moderate to fresh winds and moderate seas 
in the western Caribbean offshore waters through tonight.
