.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean with axis
near 64W continues to show signs of organization, and a tropical
depression is likely to form within the next couple of days. The
disturbance is forecast to move WNW across the E Caribbean Sea
during the next day or two, and be over the central Caribbean
Sea this weekend. Otherwise, gentle to moderate E to SE winds 
across the regional waters will diminsh Fri evening as Hurricane 
Fiona continues to move further N over the SW N Atlantic waters 
to the ENE of the northern Bahamas and the aforementioned 
tropical wave continues to move WNW.
