.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean with axis
near 63W continues to show signs of organization, and a tropical
depression is likely to form within the next couple of days. The
disturbance is forecast to move WNW across the eastern Caribbean
Sea during the next day or two, and be over the central 
Caribbean Sea this weekend. Otherwise, gentle to moderate E to SE
winds across the regional waters will diminsh Fri evening as
Hurricane Fiona continues to move further N over the SW N
Atlantic waters to the ENE of the northern Bahamas and the
aforementioned tropical wave continue to move WNW.
