.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona located N of area about 585 nm
SW of Bermuda will continue to move farther away from the
Caribbean. Swells generated by Fiona are now affecting the 
northern coast of Hispaniola, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and 
the southeastern and central Bahamas. A tropical wave currently
located a couple hundred miles east of the southern Windward 
Islands continues to show signs of organization, and it will 
likely become a tropical depression within the next couple of 
days. The disturbance is forecast to move west-northwestward 
across the southern Windward Islands today and then move toward 
the central Caribbean Sea later this week.
