.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona located N of area about 150 nm
NNW of Grand Turk Island will continue to move farther away from
the Caribbean through today while strengthening. Swells 
generated by Fiona affecting the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico 
will gradually subside through this evening. A tropical wave, 
currently located east of the Windward Islands near 58W, 
continues to show signs of organization. Additional development 
is expected, and a tropical depression is likely to form within 
the next two or three days as the system moves W to WNW at 15 kt
across the eastern and central Caribbean Sea.
