.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona located N of area about 80 nm 
N of N Caicos Island will continue to move farther away from the 
Caribbean through Wed while strengthening. Swells generated by 
Fiona affecting the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will gradually
subside through Wed evening. A tropical wave, currently located 
east of the Windward Islands near 56W, continues to show signs of
organization. Additional development is expected, and a tropical
depression is likely to form within the next two or three days 
as the system moves westward to WNW at 15 kt across the eastern 
and central Caribbean Sea.
