.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona located N of area about 45 nm 
N of N Caicos Island will continue to move farther away from the
Caribbean through Wed while strengthening. Swells generated by 
Fiona are still affecting the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the 
northern coast of Hispaniola. A tropical wave, currently located 
east of the Windward Islands near 56W, continues to show signs of
organization. Additional development is expected, and a tropical
depression is likely to form within the next few days as the 
system moves westward to west- northwestward at 15 kt 20 across 
the eastern and central Caribbean Sea.
