.SYNOPSIS...Major Hurricane Fiona north of the area located 
about 10 nm NW of Grand Turk Island will continue to move 
farther away from the Caribbean through Wed while strengthening. 
Swells generated by Fiona are still affecting the Virgin 
Islands, Puerto Rico, the northern coast of Hispaniola. A 
tropical wave, currently located east of the Windward Islands 
near 53W, is expected to move across the Tropical N Atlantic 
from tonight through Wed, across the eastern Caribbean Wed night 
through Thu and across the central Caribbean Fri through Sat 
night. This system  has become better organized this morning. 
Additional development is expected, and a tropical depression is 
likely to form within the next few days as the system moves 
westward to west-northwestward at 15 kt mph across the eastern 
and central Caribbean Sea. Interests in the Windward Islands 
should closely monitor the progress of this system as heavy 
rainfall and gusty winds could affect these islands beginning on 
Wednesday.
