.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will persist across the 
regional waters through mid week as a tropical wave moves across
the central Caribbean. Large N swell move through the Atlantic 
waters through mid week. Looking ahead, another tropical wave 
will into the eastern Caribbean Fri, and reach the central
Caribbean by Sat, accompanied by fresh E winds and rough seas 
over Atlantic waters.
