.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds across the regional waters 
will increase to moderate to locally fresh speeds Wed and Thu as
a tropical wave moves across the eastern and central Caribbean. 
New and large N swell will enter the Atlantic waters starting tonight
and persist through midweek.
