.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge extending along 23N and
northwest across the waters NE of the Bahamas will support 
gentle winds across the Atlantic waters through Mon, except 
moderate today, and then increasing to moderate Mon night 
through midweek. Moderate winds will prevail in the Caribbean 
waters through the middle of next week. New and large N swell 
will enter the Atlantic waters Mon and persist through midweek.
