.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge extends westward along 23N and
then northwestward across the waters NE of the Bahamas. This
pattern will support gentle winds across the Atlantic waters 
through Mon, except moderate Sat night. Winds will increase to
moderate Mon night through midweek. Moderate winds will prevail 
in the Caribbean waters through early next week. Small to 
moderate northerly swell will continue across the regional 
waters through early Sun. New and larger N swell will enter the 
Atlantic waters Mon and persist through midweek.
