.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge extends westward along 23N and
then northwestward across the waters NE of the Bahamas. This
pattern will support gentle winds across the Atlantic waters 
through Mon, increasing to moderate thereafter. Moderate winds 
will prevail in the Caribbean waters through early next week. 
Small to moderate northerly swell generated from Hurricane Earl, 
now NE of Bermuda, will continue across the regional waters 
through early Sun. New N swell will enter the Atlantic waters Mon
and persist through Tue night.
