.SYNOPSIS...A weak Atlantic ridge centered NE of the Bahamas will
support gentle winds across the Atlantic waters through Mon, 
increasing to moderate thereafter. Moderate winds will prevail in
the Caribbean waters through early next week. Small to moderate
northerly swell generated from Hurricane Earl, now NE of Bermuda,
will continue across the regional waters through early Sun. New N
swell will enter the Atlantic waters Mon and persist through Tue
night.
