.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Earl is well north of Puerto Rico and the 
Virgin Islands, near 26.5N 65.5W 974 mb at 5 PM EDT moving N at 
7 kt. Winds have diminished across the area, but seas to 6 to 7 
ft will persist through this evening over Atlantic waters well 
to the north of Puerto Rico.
