.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Earl is well north of Puerto Rico and the 
Virgin Islands, near 25.7N 65.7W 978 mb at 11 AM EDT moving N at 
7 kt. Winds have diminished across the area, but seas to 6 to 7 
ft will persist today over Atlantic waters well to the north of 
Puerto Rico, with moderate N swell persisting into Sun.
