.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Earl is well north of Puerto Rico and the
Virgin Islands, near 24.8N 65.8W 985 mb at 11 PM EDT moving N at
6 kt. Winds are diminishing across the area, but seas to 7 ft 
over Atlantic waters will persist through late Wed, with
moderate N swell persisting into Sun.
