.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Earl near 24.1N 65.8W 991 mb at 5 PM
EDT moving NNW at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts 75 
kt. Moderate seas associated with Earl will continue to subside 
across the Atlantic waters tonight as the tropical cyclone moves 
away from Puerto Rico. However, small pulses of a northerly 
swell will continue to reach the local Atlantic waters and 
portions of the local passages tonight.
