.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Earl near 23.4N 65.4W 995 mb at 5 AM EDT moving N
at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt gusts 65 kt. Associated rough
seas beyond 90 nm north of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
will be subsiding through today as Earl continues to move north
and away from the area. Occasional showers and thunderstorms
across the Virgin and Leeward Islands will diminish as well
through tonight. Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish 
starting mid week across the region. Looking ahead, gentle to 
moderate winds and moderate seas will prevail starting mid week.
