.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Earl is locate near 22.9N 65.2W 991 
mb at 11 PM EDT, moving N at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 60 kt
with gusts to 75 kt. Earl will strengthen to a hurricane near 
23.6N 65.4W Tue morning, move to 24.7N 65.5W Tue evening, 25.8N 
65.6W Wed morning before continuing north of the area. Expect 
poor marine conditions associated with Earl across the Atlantic 
waters into mid week, including squalls and thunderstorms. 
Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish starting mid week 
across the region.
