.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Earl is locate near 22.2N 65.2W 998 
mb at 5 PM EDT, moving N at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt 
with gusts to 65 kt. Earl will move slowly northward through Tue 
night, reaching near 24.8N 65.5W Tue night as a hurricane, and 
exit the area near 33N 60.5W Fri afternoon and pass to the E of 
Bermuda through Fri night. Expect poor marine conditions 
associated with Earl across the Atlantic waters into Tue, 
including squalls and thunderstorms. Looking ahead, winds and 
seas will diminish starting mid week across the region.
