.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Earl is near 20.9N 65.3W 998 mb at 5 
AM EDT, moving NNW at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 
55 kt. Earl will move to 21.7N 65.5W this afternoon, 22.9N 65.7W
Tue morning, and 24.0N 65.8W Tue afternoon. Expect poor marine 
conditions associated with Earl in Atlantic waters into Tue, to 
include squalls and thunderstorms. Looking ahead, winds and seas
will diminish starting mid week across the region.
