.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1008 mb is centered east of the 
Leeward Islands near 18N58.5W this afternoon and will move W-NW 
across the Atlantic waters adjacent to the northern Leeward 
Islands through Sat night then move very slowly NW through Mon. 
Although environmental conditions are only marginally conducive, 
any additional development of the system over the next few days 
would lead to the formation of a tropical depression. Associated 
active squalls and thunderstorms will impact the area waters 
tonight through Mon.
