.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure of 1008 mb is centered east of
the Leeward Islands near 17N58W this morning and will move W-NW 
across the Atlantic waters adjacent to the northern Leeward 
Islands through Sat, and then pass across or just north of the 
local Atlantic waters Sat night through Mon. Although 
environmental conditions are only marginally conducive, any 
additional development of this system over the next few days 
would lead to the formation of a tropical depression. Associated 
active squalls and thunderstorms will impact the local waters 
tonight through Sun.
