.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain mainly moderate NE to E winds and slight seas into Sat 
night. As a tropical disturbance moves west-northwestward well 
north of Puerto Rico Sun night and Mon, winds will shift to SW 
to W over the Atlantic waters and to SE to S over the Caribbean 
waters while remaining gentle to moderate.
