.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain gentle to moderate east to southeast winds and slight 
seas through the next few days. A tropical wave accompanied by 
scattered showers and thunderstorms will move across the eastern
Caribbean through Fri, then continue across the basin through the
weekend.
