.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain gentle to moderate east to southeast winds and slight 
seas through the next few days. A tropical wave currently 
E of the Windward Islands is accompanied by scattered showers 
and thunderstorms. The wave will move across the Lesser Antilles
tonight and the eastern Caribbean Fri through Sat night, with 
potential for slow development.
