.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will
maintain gentle to moderate east to southeast winds and slight 
seas through the next few days. A tropical wave currently 
E of the Windward Islands is accompanied by scattered showers 
and thunderstorms. The wave will move across the eastern 
Caribbean late this week and into early next week, with
potential for slow development.
