.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough from the Mona Passage to near
25N64W will drift W and weaken today. A strengthening Bermuda 
High will build into the Bahamas behind this trough to bring a 
return to gentle to moderate easterlies today, then moderate to 
locally fresh winds tonight through Sat. A broad tropical wave 
will move across the region late Thu night through Fri.
