.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough from the Mona Passage to near 25N62W
will drift slowly W and weaken through tonight. A strengthening 
Bermuda High will build in behind this trough to bring a return 
to gentle to moderate easterlies Thu through Thu night, and 
moderate to locally fresh winds through Sat. A broad tropical 
wave will move across the region late Thu night through Fri.
