.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough just east of Puerto Rico will drift
slowly W and weaken through tonight. A strengthening Bermuda 
High will bring a return to gentle to moderate easterlies Thu 
through Thu night, and moderate to locally fresh winds through 
Sat. Gentle to moderate E to SE winds are expected the remainder
forecast period. Otherwise, a broad tropical wave will move 
across the region late Thu night through Fri.
