.SYNOPSIS...A weak surface trough lingers from Puerto Rico NNE
into the Atlantic to near 27N65W, and will drift slowly W and
weaken through tonight. A strengthening Bermuda High will bring 
a return to gentle to moderate easterlies Thu through Thu night,
and moderate to locally fresh winds through the remainder 
forecast period. A broad tropical wave will move across the 
region late Thu night through Fri.
