.SYNOPSIS...A broad trough extends from 27N65W to Puerto Rico
and has detached from a large tropical wave currently across the
central Caribbean. The trough will drift W across the Atlantic 
waters and weaken through Wed, with active weather persisting to 
its east. By Wed night, a strengthening Bermuda High will bring 
a return to moderate to fresh trade winds across the region.
