.SYNOPSIS...A broad trough extends from 28N64W to Puerto Rico and
has detached from a large tropical wave currently entering the
central Caribbean. The trough will meander across the Atlantic
waters and weaken through Wed, with active weather persisting to
its east. By Wed night, a strengthening Bermuda High should 
bring a return to moderate to fresh NE to ENE trades across the 
region.
