.SYNOPSIS...A broad trough associated with a large tropical wave
is moving across the local area tonight and will reach 70W by Mon
morning then exit the area by Mon evening. Starting midweek, a 
strengthening Bermuda High should bring a return to moderate to 
fresh NE to ENE trades across the region.
