.SYNOPSIS...A broad trough associated with a tropical wave 
is moving across the Lesser Antilles this evening. This system 
will impact offshore waters around Puerto Rico and the Virgin 
Islands from Mon through Tue morning. Expect sporadic showers and
tstms with locally fresh winds. Starting midweek, a strengthening
Bermuda High should bring back moderate to fresh NE to ENE trades
for the region.
