.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate E to SE trades will persist
across the area waters through Wed morning, then become moderate
to fresh NE to E afterward as the Atlantic ridge strengthens. A 
broad surface trough associated with a tropical wave along 60W will
move across the local area early Sun through Mon afternoon, 
triggering periods of showers and thunderstorms.
