.SYNOPSIS...A narrow ridge extends from the central Atlantic
W-SW to northern Florida along 29-30N, and will weaken through 
early next week. Mainly moderate fresh trade winds are expected 
across through Mon. A broad surface trough associated with a 
tropical wave will move across the local area Sun through Mon.
Trade winds will freshen across the region late Tue through Wed
as high pressure repositions between Puerto Rico and Bermuda.
