.SYNOPSIS...A narrow ridge extends from the central Atlantic
W-SW to northern Florida along 29N tonight, and will weaken
through early next week. Moderate to fresh trade winds across the
local area will continue through early Sat, then diminish 
slightly through Mon, then increase to mainly fresh afterwards 
in the wake of a tropical wave. Active weather over the Caribbean
waters will gradually shift westward into the central Caribbean 
through the upcoming weekend.
