.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging over the central and western 
Atlantic will weaken through early next week. Moderate to fresh 
trade winds will continue through early Sat, then diminish
slightly through Mon and increase to mainly fresh afterwards
in the wake of a tropical wave. Active weather over the 
Caribbean waters is behind a tropical wave along 69W. This 
weather will gradually shift westward into the central Caribbean 
through the upcoming weekend as the wave pulls away from the 
regional waters.
