.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging over the central and western 
Atlantic will weaken through tonight.  Moderate to fresh trade 
winds and slight seas are forecast to continue through early this
evening as a tropical wave also moves across the regional 
waters. Gentle to moderate trade winds are forecast tonight into 
Sun. Southeast light to gentle winds are forecast for the 
remainder forecast period.
