.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge remains centered just NE of
Bermuda and will persist through Wed before weakening. Moderate
to locally fresh trade winds and moderate seas are forecast to
continue through Wed early in the evening as a tropical wave
moves across the regional waters. Gentle to moderate trade winds
and slight seas are forecast the remainder forecast period.
