.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge remains centered just NE of
Bermuda and will persist through early Wed before shifting W and
weakening. Fresh trade winds and moderate seas will gradually 
subside across the region through tonight. A tropical wave is 
expected to move across the eastern Caribbean Thu through Fri 
night enhancing winds/seas.
